93% of communication is non-verbal. If you are spending all your time communicating via a screen, you are doing yourself a tremendous disservice. Great sales people understand building relationships that lead to success require a balance between online and offline communication.

  • Developing your network requires online and offline interaction. Digital tools are powerful and should be used to augment your interaction when time and distance are an issue. Keep in mind that face-to-face cannot be replaced.
