We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help—please review our returns policy below.

Returns Eligibility

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Merchandise must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Digital products or downloadable content
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or improper care

Return Process

  1. To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
  3. Items must be shipped back within 7 days of return approval.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–10 business days.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, processing times may vary.

Exchanges

  • We currently offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability.
  • To request an exchange, please contact us before returning your item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
