Videographer Internship

Position: Video Production Intern
Time: 12 – 15 hours a week (depending on availability) M, T: 10am-3pm; Fri: 2/3 hrs
School credit: Happy to assist in the internship receiving school credit

Job Description:

Equalman Inc. creates rock stars one day at a time! This team uses motivational speaking, best selling books and disruptive storytelling to help strengthen future leaders. Equalman provides only the best tools and education to assist our partners in achieving their ultimate potential as digital leaders. 

During the course of the internship, the selected candidate will be engaged in, but not limited assisting in the shooting/editing of Equalman’s videos for clients, YouTube, and more. There will be a blend of digital and offline work in this role as well as the potential for full-time work following the internship.

Skills:

  • Creative with a can-do attitude
  • A natural curiosity and craving for learning 
  • Manages time effectively and is able to meet deadlines
  • Demonstrates organizational skills and ability to multi-task and balance priorities
  • Understanding of shot composition
  • Ability to shoot with video camera or DSLR
  • Competency with lighting and audio
  • Familiar with Adobe Premiere
  • Familiar with Adobe After Effects is a plus
  • Experience with uploading to YouTube
  • Proficient in graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop is a plus
  • Need to have access to software/tools
