The selected candidate will be engaged in, but not limited to the following activities:

  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of all Equalman Inc. product offering; knows what it takes to creatively develop projects (project steps, capabilities, technologies, creative responsibilities and skills)
  • Build strong and authentic relationships with existing and future potential partners
  • Create and produce training material for Equalman Inc. partnerships
  • Produce creative client outreach in forms of pitch decks, proposals, digital stamps and training
    manuals
  • Schedule and lead weekly Hackathons, UnMeetings and bi weekly Goal Meetings
  • Keep teams informed of all projects’ status/next steps via daily communication
  • Act as main liaison for internal creative team members and leadership
  • Create and monitor project parameters for all jobs
  • Manage Internship Program (posting/hiring/training)

Skills:

  • 2-4 years in project management, internal operations and/or administration
  • Bachelor’s degree required at minimum
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to achieve results while working independently
  • Must be a self-starter who can take projects on and run with them independently
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, Keynote, Photoshop, etc.
  • Must be able to think and act both strategically and tactically
  • Strong analytical, quantitative and technical skills
  • Connections with higher education is a plus
