The selected candidate will be engaged in, but not limited to the following activities:

  • Develop strong authentic relationships with conference coordinators, marketing specialists, event coordinators, speaker bureau reps and Fortune 500 company execs to meet revenue objectives and provide exciting deals to our members.
  • Experienced and comfortable explaining Equalman Inc. services by phone and in-person; ability to meet sales activity
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals, through account development and new business
  • Lead generation and sales execution

Skills:

  • 2-4 years in direct sales experience, preferably with a leading advertising, e-commerce and/ or online media company
  • Bachelor’s degree required at minimum
  • Comfortable developing and closing deals on the phone and in-person
  • A proven ability to plan, develop and execute online sales strategies
  • A successful track record of meeting sales goals and the ability to produce effective sales
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to achieve results while working independently
  • Excellent networker, with a strong knowledge of what is hot and what is not
  • Flexibility to travel on company business, attend client functions and professionally represent the company (i.e. Austin Chamber of Commerce Representative)
